Created between 1986 and 1989 at USP’s Spatial Research Institute (INPE), with backing from the School of Communication and Arts, the project comprises four sky art actions carried out in Brazilian and Peruvian skies. Using resources such as orbital remote sensors, weather balloons and artificial intelligence, the project was intended to combine science and art around the idea of a “spatial poetry.”
